Driver in crash with airbags deployed has string of DWI charges
Witnesses recall a crash in which airbags deployed on both sides leaving occupants shaken but unharmed besides neck and back pain. The driver, 33-year-old Justin Cody Moore, faces multiple DWI charges in Polk and Henderson counties since last December, with BAC above .08 in at least three cases. Moore has listed addresses in Landrum South Carolina Upward Road Hendersonville and a Brevard girlfriend’s home. North Carolina records show six prior charges including DWI and other offenses on dates in 2023 in Hendersonville Polk and Henderson County courts. one case was dismissed in October 2023 at district level.
