Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and Mission Health announce an agreement enabling Mission Health providers to participate with Blue Cross NC. The deal aims to expand access to affordable, quality care for Blue Cross NC members in the region.
Hendersonville officials and NC DOT negotiators reached a compromise on the Kanuga Road widening project reducing the footprint from Church Street to Little River Road. The plan drops 4 foot bike lanes on both sides and most sidewalks, trims travel lanes from 14 to 11 feet, and preserves a single sidewalk from White Street to Elkwood Drive.
