Ecusta Market cafe planned at Lennox Station pushs culinary space
Emily and Robert Gunn envision Ecusta Market and a coffee focused cafe with a full food program at Lennox Station in Hendersonville. The 5000 square foot pair of spaces will house Underground Bakery City Bakery and local cheese meat egg and produce producers with a trail facing side and a parking lot front. Opening is planned for February with breakfast lunch and evening options plus a six tap beverage program and a playground funded by a 13000 grant from the Henderson County Tourism Development Authority. The couple aims to offer affordable local groceries and prepared foods while maintaining a coffee shop vibe and community space for families. Hours are 8 am to 8 pm Monday-Saturday and 10 am to 6 pm Sunday. Contact ecustamarketandcafe com or 828 595 3483.
