Lapsley Chairs Henderson County Board as New Commissions Take Seats

Henderson County commissioners elected Bill Lapsley as chair and re elected Michael Edney as vice chair after two new members, Sheila Franklin and Jay Egolf, were sworn in. Franklin and Egolf took oaths before Judge James Marshall as spouses held the Bible. Franklin unseated Daniel Andreotta. Egolf defeated David Hill in GOP races. Lapsley, a 2014 commissioner and former chair, vows strong leadership and service.

Henderson County OKs 10 Million Park Soccer Fields Contract
