Five party Health Science Institute project shifts to long negotiations
Negotiations for a joint Health Science Institute building stretched over holidays, adding Hendersonville city and Pardee to a five party plan with BRCC Wingate and Henderson County. Costs rose from 10 million to over 30 million with 95 000 square feet. Henderson County plans 28 million in construction bonds and Wingate to house programs for 20 years.
