Housing agency seeks OK for 84 unit Oklawaha Village

The Housing Assistance Corp plans to win Hendersonville city approval for 84 residential units on North Main Street near Mud Creek including 18 single family homes and 66 apartments with a community building. The 18 acre site sits on floodplain near Yon Hill Drive, part of a larger 37 acre tract once eyed for a big mixed use project.
