Remembering Captain Ryan McCown and the long road home
The JPAC recovered Captain Ryan McCown's remains after a five year search culminating in a Charleston memorial. Schwab and cousins traveled to Washington to meet McCown's surviving squadron members and discuss the case featured in Bryan Bender's book You Are Not Forgotten. The family describes their uncle as a protective older figure who inspired generations and helped bring closure to a decades old mystery.
