Etowah Valley subdivision plan postponed by board
Henderson County Planning Board tabled action on a major Etowah Valley subdivision after a five hour meeting with about 60 residents opposing the project. The 6-3 vote to delay extends to October with a possible Oct 19 date as traffic and soil studies are awaited and developers push changes to the plan from 343 RV sites to 242 homes and then to 200 homes with possible duplexes.
