School Board votes to convey Berkeley Mills property for sports complex
Henderson County School Board unanimously approves transferring Berkeley Mills land to the Board of Commissioners to develop a multi sport park funded by an American Rescue Plan grant. The county will design and build six tennis courts and a softball facility, with reversion to the school board if a construction contract isn’t signed by January 1, 2025.
