Developer John Turchin seeks Planning Board approval for The Farm at Eagles Nest a master plan with 173 single family 70 duplex 56 apartments 16 guest rooms and 24 RV spaces on 44 acres within 232 acres along the French Broad River. The project includes retail spaces parking and amenities with sewer capacity upgrades or on site treatment required for future phases. Additional approvals from Zoning Board of Adjustment are scheduled for August 30 before final planning reviews.
