City Council rejects senior housing plan on U S 64

Hendersonville City Council unanimously rejected a land-use change needed for a 129 unit senior living project by JEA Senior Living on eight acres along U S 64 between Hendersonville and Laurel Park. Planning Board had urged a broader eight acre to 47 acre rezone around Blythe Street.
