Hendersonville approves permit office merger for one stop

The Hendersonville City Council unanimously approved merging two development permit review departments to streamline approvals. If county commissioners back a lease, planners move to the county building at 100 N. King St, led by Susan Frady with Sue Anderson and others, creating a single location for 90 percent of land regulation and permitting.
