Green River Saluda asks who maintains the Fifth Avenue post office built in 1966 with a 1.5 million tax value. Henderson County has 11 postal facilities, all privately owned and leased to the U.S. Postal Service, each with its own postmaster. The Fifth Avenue postmaster is Yvonne Valentine, who also runs the Carrier Annex behind Sam's Club.
