Pardee launches sports medicine partnership with Henderson County schools

Pardee Hospital teams with Henderson County schools to train student athletic trainers. Thirty four student trainers wore Pardee polos at the Historic Courthouse as County leaders proclaimed Thursday as Student Athletic Trainers Day. Dwayne Durham now manages the program, guiding students toward careers in sports medicine and physical therapy.

Park Ridge to partner with new orthopedic providers in 2016

Park Ridge will shift from its longtime partnership with Southeastern Sports Medicine for orthopedic care and plans to recruit other leading orthopedic providers in the region. Communications Director Victoria Dunkle said the change focuses on care quality rather than money and that announcements will come in the near term. Park Ridge will still support primary care networks and coordinate patient care through updated partnerships as 2016 approaches.
