Washington June 22 AP Mrs Helen Tufts Bailie of Cambridge Mass was expelled today from the Daughters of the American Revolution by a unanimous decision of the national board of management. Charges arose from publication of a so called blacklist of radical speakers. Testimony by Mrs Bailie removed the blacklist from the case.
