He described such practices as vicious and contrary to moral sanction behind law.
Virginia City Montana reports the Pesanti murder case opening with Joe Goretti charged in the rancher Traul Pecanti and his two daughters deaths. Witnesses include Mrs Pesanti and Mrs Luzzarey as Goretti claims Emile Fontino acted with Mrs Pesanti’s knowledge.
