It cites a Dresden Enterprise move to raise from 1 to 1.50 and predicts many papers will reach 2.00 yearly within weeks. Our Democrat will charge 1.50 yearly in advance, display ads 15 cents per inch, locals 5 cents per line, keeping job rates as fixed by plant foreman D. B. Carrington.
