Racing Autos Cause Injury to Lloyd Hoffman
Lloyd J Hoffman a 15 year old employee of Hatchill Rubber Co Hayward was seriously injured in an auto crash on Foothill boulevard near Hayward high school at 11 p m. Witnesses say two speeding cars passed a Chevrolet sedan and then collided sending Hoffmans car tumbling. He was taken unconscious to Alameda county hospital and was reported in surgery with serious injuries.
