Driver Blamed In Auto Death At Foothill Crossing
Henry Claus Rehder aged 73 Livermore rancher died in an auto crash at Foothill and Castro Valley boulevards last Saturday. A coroner's jury found Rudolph Peterson of Ashby Minnesota failed to stop at the boulevard crosswalk causing the accident. The jurors urged additional traffic signs at the crossing. Peterson has been named as defendant in a 325000 damages suit filed in superior court. Peterson was visiting California and attended the inquest. The jury included Robert A.
