Trio Fined for Petty Theft in Oakland Area
Woodrow W. Walsh and Elmer T. L. Parks, both of Oakland, and Steward L. Leese of San Leandro were fined $100 each by Judge dJavob Burder yesterday after pleading guilty to petty theft. The three shipyard workers admitted stealing a fire, wheel, and tube valued at $35 from a car at Live Oaks service station.
