San Francisco July 23 Madame Dorothy Talbot a famed west radio singer and NBC attraction died of cancer in Chicago. For ten years she was the region’s favorite radio voice and had been a pioneer American singer heard on radio in Peking. Her death followed a recent request by Teathar Bearbank at a funeral.
