The U S Engineers will hold a public hearing on flood and erosion control and water conservation for San Lorenzo Creek within 60 90 days. Two Die In Navy Tug Explosion Near Hunters Point
Two sailors are dead and a third missing after a navy yard tug exploded in San Francisco Bay. The 12th Naval District reported the blast at 8:35 am yesterday, sinking the tug Tameron in 42 feet of water about 400 yards off Hunters Point.
