Hayward Justice Court held the first hearing in the liquor case against Abel Fuentes owner of the Latin Case on Vil Castro street. Judge Jacob Harder granted a jury trial and set October 4 as the trial date. Clarence A. Fuller 41 of 1 Wards of Court Hayward is jailed on child stealing charges after admitting he took a 15 year old employee to Portland Oregon and married her.
