Belgrade reports Turkish Ambassador Turk Officer To be Freed that Yugoslav authorities will allow Captain Ihsan Unegan, wounded in the August 9 downing of a U.S. airliner, to travel to Belgrade when fit. Kop erler said arrangements will bring Unegan to Belgrade and then to Turkey. Yugoslav Assistant Foreign Minister Velebit confirmed that Unegan is not detained.

The coroner reports the accident occurred near No 2, three miles east of Niles. He lived in Sacramento and is survived by a sister in La Jolla.
