Wedding Ring Theft Reported to Police

William Maps reported the theft to city police this morning. He said a gold wedding ring, his watch, a highlight pair of glasses and old coins were stolen. Maps’s home at 1720 rear suffered a broken window pane, clothes scattered, front door opened from inside, and the lock smashed.

Five people were injured in a head on crash Sunday on Jensen Road when two cars collided while attempting turns. Six Hurt In Auto Crash At City Intersection

Six people were injured in a two vehicle crash at the intersection of upper A Street and Highway 50 Sunday evening. William J. Rolly, 23, of Redwood City, turned left in front of Everett G. Michael Anderson, 81, of Cull Canyon, suffered a minor heart attack while shopping at Storm's Market on Castra Street Saturday.
