Accidental injury leaves Hayward man in serious condition
Harlan Housley 26 of Hayward remained in serious condition at Oak Knoll hospital after a Sunday night accident. He suffered a brain concussion, neck injury and damaged eardrum when his car was rear ended on Hesperian boulevard near the Williams store. He was taken to the Naval hospital after his condition worsened Tuesday. None of the other occupants were injured. Housley, a former Army Air Forces private, was discharged last year.
