Hyde's Appointee to be Ousted
Jefferson City July 28 Two writs of quo warranto were filed in the State Supreme Court by James Bradshaw formerly state grain and warehouse commissioner after Governor Hyde removed him following a heated argument. Bradshaw contends the removal statute is unconstitutional. Thos Hedrick, Hyde's successor, faces the challenge as Bradshaw seeks to oust him from office and the fixtures. Eddie Virge Juden of Carthersonville visited Tuesday and spoke of a sister, Mr Bill Helm, and family.
