Tower notes loan for Fredericksburg rodeo arena
Senator John Tower reported that the Farmers Home Administration approved a 20 000 loan to the Hill Country Horse Club of Fredericksburg for developing a modern riding arena at a community recreation center just outside the city limits on the Kerrville highway. Club members have done much of the construction including welding the steel fence pens and chutes while a concession stand is under way and slated to be ready this fall.
