Mrs H D Carruthers nee Bessie Myrtle Evans 78 San Angelo resident died November 17 at 4 46 p m at Brandon Rest Home. She was born April 20 So in Marble Falls daughter of J W and Mary Angelina Tobey Evans. Survived by two daughters Irene Hodge and Dixie Peril two sons W A Carruthers and another, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren six brothers and three sisters. Funeral service held at Harris Street Church of Christ Mertzon with burial in Mertzon.
