Texas Senate on May 8 1975 approved a resolution honoring E M Stevens founder of Great Western Loan and Trust Co and leader of related firms. The tribute highlights Stevens 50 years of growth 50 locations and his philanthropy and civic work including scholarships athletic facilities and the Stevens Foundation.
