Harper Community Park Hall enlargement project completed
The Harper Community Hall expansion near the park is finished adding an east annex 25 by 75 feet with a concrete floor and a 60 by 25 foot dancing center. The structure totals 7 500 square feet under one roof with updated kitchens and restrooms and is run by the Park Association seeking donations. Frank Staudt, former local postmaster, was hospitalized after a light stroke and is recovering at Sid Peterson Hospital in Kerrville.
