Wonders and oddities fill the news in quirky roundup
A Madrid cat with wings draws scientists, while a Texas crane is born in captivity. A Norfolk sailor mails shells, a sofa hides a German shell, and a bus collides with a boy’s bed. A royal procession prank, a panhandler altercation, and joking court tales punctuate a collage of oddities.
