Neal Bo Fox, former Schwertnes Texas educator, named superintendent of Harper Independent School District. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s from San Marces Callege and has two years as interim supervisor in Schwertrey. Fox and his wife plan to reside in Schwerther, while she teaches there.
