Electric poles fall on men alarm in Hubbard
An accident at Hubbard involved electric light crew from Town River Light Co. Poles toppled while unloading, trapping George Koglin and Donald Walsh. Koglin suffered wrist and knee injuries, Walsh knee, wrist, elbow, and ankle injuries. They were taken to Eldora hospital for treatment where injuries were reduced. Both men survived the crushing event with serious but not fatal injuries.
