Girls Garment Clubs Show Strong Organization in Hardin County
The 13 girls garment clubs in Hardin County report a well organized program with 208 meetings in the year. Clubs operate 12 month programs, with demos, exhibits, and county fair entries. Demonstration teams from Jackson and Union townships won trips to the State Fair, while many members gained training in sewing and leadership. Rosebud and Eldora Township clubs highlight strong countywide Farm Bureau programs.
