The State Conservation Commission announces the 1951 fishing season with minor regulator changes. Non nesting fish open May 15, nesting fish May 30. No length limit on most species, 10 inches for largemouth and smallmouth bass. Catfish season closes Nov 30. Continuous open seasons listed for several species. Catfish season opens April 15, trout May 1. Continuous open season on many small species and misc. fish.
