Urban Institute to host five speakers on urban change
The Urban Institute hosts its second annual Spring Institute next week with five guest speakers. Dr. Martin Marty opens Tuesday at 7:30 in Parker Auditorium on Urbanization and Christian Faith. Albert Mayer discusses The City Present and Future at 10 a.m. A panel and discussion follow. Dr. David Ramage Jr moderates. Dr. Walter Weisskopf speaks at 2 p.m. on Urbanization and Alienation with a 3 p.m. panel on Louisville. Sen. Birch Bayh speaks Thursday at 10 a.m., followed by a 11 a.m. summary with all guests. Co chairs are Roger Brinkman and Susie Northam. Program director is Dr. Edward Huenemann.

Discipline Committee Proposes Revised Judicial Structure
The plan lets a student choose to have a case decided by the personnel dean or the student board. An appeal from the student board goes to the Judicial Review Committee of two deans and three faculty. The President remains ultimate authority in student discipline.
