Wally Miner, a junior from Indianapolis, was elected president of Sigma Chi for the coming term. He has served as chapter historian and secretary and will assume full responsibilities next fall while in New York City for the spring term. Bob McVey, also a junior from Indianapolis, was chosen vice president and previously held the ship fellow intellectual role. L. T. Brown becomes secretary, a past vice president. Other officers include Tom Hal as house manager Frank Martin as assistant pledge trainer Gary Scheidt as social chairman and Phil Hedrick as scholarship chairman.

Thetas Mr and Mrs Charles Fox and Dr and Mrs Jack Mc Crary were dinner guests of Kappa Alpha Theta Wednesday. Dr and Mrs Edward Huennemann were guests of Kappa Alpha Theta for a fireside chat on Tuesday April 9.
Hanover's golf team opened the season with a 23 to 3 loss to Cincinnati in a close match. Jack Harris led scoring with 75 as Joe Luigi posted 77. Subsequent losses to Xavier 16 to 10 and a 14 to 6 win over Indiana Central followed, with Nevin and Thurston shooting 75 and 76 respectively. The team heads to Wabash and DePauw next on Purdue course.
