Carl Benhase Named As P.E. Staff Member
Carl Benhase advances to Hanover as P E staff member after a broad coaching career. He earned a B S from Miami University in 1951 and an M Ed from the University of Virginia in 1957, with graduate study at Ohio University. His background includes seven years of high school coaching and a 10 0 season in 1962, plus roles with Fort Eustis All Army Champions and the Ohio South All Star Team. He has published articles and is active in church and civic groups. He and his wife and two children will move to Hanover this summer.

Beckmann Named Wilson Fellow in National Selection
Seifert honored Beckmann as a Wilson Fellow after the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation announced winners chosen from 9 767 candidates nominated by 907 colleges in the United States and Canada. Beckmann, a political science major, studied at American University in Washington and held leadership roles in student affairs, public forums, and his fraternity. Seifert earned an honorable mention from the Wilson Foundation in English, potentially qualifying for alternate university awards.

India Institute To Probe Problems And Prospects
