Teams from Kappa Alpha Theta Phi Mu cron Pi Alpha Delta Pi Phi Gamma Delta Phi Delta Theta Wiley Hall and Sigma Chi advanced past round one. Next week six of the selected seven meet in quarter finals with results from Wednesday and Thursday shows including Phi Gamma Delta and Thetas lopsided wins.

IM Debate Sign Up Opens For This Years Tournament
Registration is open for the 1967 Intramural Debate Tournament starting March 15. Open to all classes, with eligibility restricting freshmen to their living unit or pledged fraternity sorority. Contact Dr. Stanley Wheater for signups. The topic is Communist China’s admission to the United Nations. Judges include Wesley Franzmeier’s Public Discussion class and Forensic Union members. Winning team receives a traveling plaque currently held by Lambda Chi Alpha.

Greek Week Banquet Closes Greek Ghetto Week Tonight
Greek students gather in Long Gym for the Greek Week Banquet with faculty and administration invited. Dr. Robert Cramer will speak on the college development program after dinner. Scholarships go to Kappa Alpha Theta and Phi Gamma Delta. Bill Claassen from the Netherlands attends as exchange guest. A service project and plans for foreign exchange donations are under way. Co chairs Shannon Malone Judy Price Robert Cupp and Dave Prasse supervise. Jim Craig provides entertainment and a Powder Puff game is planned if weather allows. A Greek Ghetto dance closes the week from 8 to 12 with the Parliaments performing. Previous Greek housing unit dinners preceded tonight's event.
