Basketball Practice Opens As Hoosier Varsity Tryouts Start
The first basketball practice of the season drew about twenty five candidates under coach Hotchkiss Monday evening. Short drills and intra squad games showcased an eager group likely to be smaller than past years but capable of building a credible team.

Thanksgiving Banquet Of Senior Class Held At Dinner
The senior class hosted a Thanksgiving banquet last Tuesday in Mrs Joseph Nighbert’s dining hall. The decor featured cardinal and black, hand painted turkeys on place cards, with a menu including turkey mashed potatoes dressing gravy cranberries celery Waldorf salad pickles mince pie cake ice cream and chocolate. The arrangements committee consisted of Miss Alice Radcliffe Miss Freda Kunkle and Mr Forest Hearn.
