The Hanover College Alumni Senior Banquet will be held in Donner Hall next Tuesday at 6 30 p m to honor the graduating class as alumni and present eight alumni awards. A junior scholarship award will also be given, decided by deans and a committee led by Mrs. Margaret Taggart. Speaker George R LaNoue, Hanover 1959, a faculty member at Teachers College Columbia University, Yale teaching and various fellowships, will address attendees. Earlham Philosopher to Speak in Chapel Thursday
Dr. D. Elton Trueblood, Professor of Philosophy at Earlham College, will speak in the chapel next Thursday. He holds degrees from Penn, Harvard, and Johns Hopkins and has taught at Guilford, Haverford, Harvard, and Stanford. He has chaired Friends World Committee for Consultation and advised Voice of America and the U.S. Information Agency.

Honors Convo Set For Monday at Parker Auditorium
Annual Honors Day assembly will be presented during 4th hour in Parker Auditorium next Monday with Senator Gaylord Nelson as speaker. Nelson, a long time public figure from Wisconsin, served as state senator, governor and U.S. senator. Various honors and cash prizes will be awarded including the John Finlay Crowe Citation, Henry C. Long Citation, Hadley biology prize, Young Award in Chemistry, Morse Award in Mathematics, Godenour Physics Award, and a sociology work prize.

Marcher Phil Lalonde recalls Selma to Montgomery trip
A Hanover junior and four peers joined the Selma to Montgomery march in Alabama. They traveled by car, slept in a park, and walked into Montgomery for a 30 000 strong demonstration. Entertainment included Belafonte Dylan Baez and Peter Paul and Mary. Martin Luther King spoke after many brief introductions by dignitaries.
