Prairie Health Matters opens in Brandon with integrated diabetes heart health program
The Prairie Health Matters grand opening at 531 Princess Avenue Brandon on Friday Sept 20 from 2 00 to 430 pm marks the integration of Brandon General Hospital ACE and DES with Manitoba Health DER. The program offers risk factor assessments counseling nutrition lifestyle classes and support groups led by RNs and dietitians serving the Westman Region.
