65th Anniversary for Bert and Mary Lawrence Crandall
The Crandall Manitoba community marked the 65th wedding anniversary of Bertram Kemp Lawrence and Mary Violet Cornish. The couple, married in Brandon on November 2, 1915, farmed in Moore Park Ingelow Brookdale before moving to Crandall in 1942. Their family includes four children, nine grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. A weekend of dances, gifts, and a Brandon dinner followed. Mr. Lawrence still helps with farming while Mrs. Lawrence sews and Mr. Lawrence builds miniature wagons and model harness gear.
