A flexible six program Jobs Strategy links workers and employers through training and on the job experience. It targets displaced workers youth women returning to work and long term unemployed with practical training and incentives. Programs include Job Entry Skill Shortages Job Development Innovations and Community Futures to build lasting employability and regional resilience.
