Hamiota council holds first special meeting October 29 1986
Hamiota Rural Municipality convened a 10 am special council meeting with Reeve Alex J. Kirk and six councillors. Declarations of office filed, minutes of October 8 1986 approved, and numerous correspondence items noted. By law 14/86 on appointments read twice. third reading suspended, then September 1986 financials approved and October cheques totaling 7069.16 authorized for payment. Safety deposit box lease terms approved and signatories authorized. Secretary-Treasurer Ernest Buhler addressed.
