Blanshard Council Holds October 22 1991 Special Meeting
The twelfth special meeting of the RM of Blanshard was held October 22 1991 at 9 00 p m in Oak River with Reeve English presiding. The agenda covered correspondence review and discussions with Ian Bobiak about the new municipal office and firehall including a holdback and lien note. A ratepayer meeting was scheduled for November 14 1991 and the grand opening for November 8 1991 at 2 00 p m was announced.
