Four babies were baptized at Sunday service Jeoffrey John son of Harvey Shaw Lesley Leigh daughter of Larry Ratz Trisha Wendy Wayne Peters Tanya Le Rene daughter of George Tirschman On Mothers Day a large congregation also heard reports of visitors and condolences. The special Family Day service featured the Sunday School teachers and Junior Choir with a decorate the Family Tree activity.

The U C W gathered May 16 with eleven members. Mrs. M Taylor as president chaired. readings included This is My Father s World and a poem by Edgar A Guest. Treasurer reported 590 90 on hand. Plans covered June 4 service, church cleaning June 21, paint for basement ceilings, fund raising ideas, and a $10 donation to Cross Cultural Youth program. A tea for Mrs Ferris birthday was planned for May 27. Boxes for Save the Children were packed for Winnipeg.
