Census Drive Seeks Taxpayer Time in June 1981
Canada conducts the ten year census with over eight million households and 340 000 farmers participating. The act safeguards confidentiality and data guides provincial and local funding, representation, and planning. Missing individuals could cost up to 300 dollars in provincial transfers per person.
