Blanshard Council approves 1986 budgets and by laws
OAK RIVER The February 11 1986 meeting of the Blanshard Rural Municipality council adjourned after approving provisional estimates for 1986 including utility needs of 6000 and various grants. Salaries for Herb Jafke and Jim Hankin rise by 82 35 monthly. By laws 2147 1248 1249 and 1250 receive readings and third readings. The council also authorized water line work and funding for Oak River and Rivers fire departments. Carried.
